TechSpray-3 — Technical Description
The TechSpray-3 is a high-pressure spray gun specifically developed for the controlled injection of liquid abrasive paste used in industrial polishing processes. The design was conceived to efficiently replace Widospray-type guns and equivalent models, while maintaining complete mechanical and functional compatibility.
The gun allows for the precise dosing of 2 to 6 cm³ of abrasive paste or lubricant per cycle, ensuring repeatability and process stability. The assembly is equipped with a quick-change head (OW-HEAD), which allows for air purging without disassembly, reducing downtime and facilitating preventive maintenance.
All components are manufactured with highly wear-resistant materials, selected to maximize service life in applications with liquid abrasives. The parts are interchangeable with Widospray-type guns and similar models, simplifying replacement and integration into existing lines.
