POLISPRAY-3 / High pressure gun
POLISPRAY 3 is a gun designed and recommended for applying liquid abrasive paste, used in polishing processes. Efficiently replaces WIDO-SPRAY type guns.
POLISPRAY-3 accurately injects up to 6 cm³ of liquid abrasive or lubricating grease and is equipped with a quick-change head (OW-HEAD) that does not need to be removed to purge air from the gun.
All of its parts and components are manufactured to high quality standards and with optimized materials to obtain maximum performance and reduce factors that cause wear.
These parts and components are compatible and interchangeable with Wido-spray type guns.
Main advantages obtained with POLISPRAY 3 pistols:
• Saves around 25% in liquid polishing mass, compared to other types of guns available on the market;
• Minimum compressed air consumption;
• Controlled application of paste that allows perfect penetration into the polishing discs and wheels, with more consistent finishing results;
• Injection control. The spray volume can be regulated between 2 and 6 Cm3;
• Always clean work area. The POLISPRAY 3 gun does not release mass into the environment;
• High mass injection speed, which neutralizes the turbulence created by high-speed polishing discs;
• Use of high quality materials that increase the useful life of components subject to wear;
• Does not require high pressure pumping systems;
• Suitable for use with electronic controls.
